Here are the after pictures of the basement development. The client wanted to do the painting themselves, so the finish carpentry hasn't been painted. They were happy with the results.

A new adventure

We are starting on a new adventure. Wes has been commissioned to add a second story to a home in a nice older neighborhood. The process of getting the development permits was not particularily painful but it was excedingly slow. The building permits came through much quicker and now all the stars have aligned and the demolition begins tomorrow.
